Communication is key. Surprises are never good at any point during the building process. We pride ourselves in well preparing buyers for the process and making sure this process is timely and uneventful for all parties. As the co-owner I make myself the one and only point of contact for the buyer. Any and all communication is done in writing or reviewed in writing to ensure accuracy. We welcome plan changes to our proprietary plans and we also welcome building from your plan. We are true custom builders in the sense that we are able to build any plan on your lot or ours.
We make a point of keeping up with the latest trends in home building while never loosing touch with our main focus on quality and customer relationships. As we live and work in the Richmond Hill community we consider our buyers like neighbors. Caring for our home buyers needs before, during and after construction is our standard.
