In an effort to make the building process as smooth as possible we now offer temporary housing in Richmond Hill. Our rentals are fully furnished with beds, bedding, washer and dryer, utencils, plates, cups, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The following utilities are included: Electric, water, phone, internet, and cable.
The community has a pool, clubhouse and fitness center. These rentals are available on a month-to-month lease which ends once you move into your new home. Price for these rentals range from $1250/month to $1500/month for our buyers.
